Al realizar la reserva telefónicamente no fui informado que el hotel todavía no estaba en funcionamiento al 100%. A pesar que había pagado anticipado, no me reembolsaron el dinero inmediatamente. Dicen que se toman hasta 10 días hábiles para el reembolso
