All our spaces are ideal for group celebrations, integrations, pre-weddings, weddings, and post-weddings. Also, for detox retreats, a day off, and relaxation on a beautiful beach.

• As part of our environmental policy, we do not use products in disposable containers or plastic straws. Please do not bring any packed food or drink. 
• Our boat is available for your transportation from 9 am and every half hour after that. You must choose a time to schedule. If you are late, you must notify us, so we don't cancel the reservation. The boat waits 10 minutes. You will be reassigned to the next boat with quota if you arrive late.

• BOARDING AND DISEMBRACING: Behind the Bocagrande Hospital, on the Castillogrande beach.
• The boats are white with a red or seawater roof and are called The Beach Hostel/Bomba I.
• We are pet friendly
• The entry of any food or drinks is not allowed.
• Corkage: Applies only to liquor bottles. 50% of the cost in the menu
• The hotel is not responsible for the belongings or property of the client in any of the areas or rooms. Please take care of your belongings.
• Location assignment: all our reservations have an assigned place in the beach or pool area. The location on the beach depends on the number of people on the reservation. The pergolas on the first line of the beach are assigned subject to availability to groups of more than six people.
• Return: the first boat back to Cartagena leaves at 3:00 pm, and the last leaves at 5:30 pm. If you need a particular schedule, please let us know as soon as possible. You must schedule your return directly with the staff on the island at least 30 minutes in advance.
